The cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds (ETFs) sector has seen significant outflows in Bitcoin and Ethereum. Bitcoin ETFs experienced a net outflow of 2,744 BTC (~$270.93 million), while Ethereum ETFs saw a net outflow of 3,148 ETH (~$8.83 million). The iShares (BlackRock) Bitcoin Trust and Grayscale Ethereum Trust were particularly affected. Despite these outflows, iShares Bitcoin ETF remains the largest by holdings. Other Bitcoin ETFs, such as ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF and Bitwise Bitcoin ETF, saw smaller changes. Grayscale Ethereum Trust also experienced withdrawals. These outflows may suggest a shift in institutional investor sentiment. Market participants should monitor ETF flows for insights into institutional sentiment and potential market shifts.
