Cryptocurrency exchange Binance's CEO, Changpeng Zhao (CZ), has announced the upcoming launch of a hardfork on the Binance Chain. The upgrade will bring smart contract wallets and improve compatibility with the Ethereum Virtual Machine. The first hardfork will take place on March 20, and it is important for validators, node operators, and exchanges to update their systems before then. The upgrade will enable gasless transactions, batch approvals, and easier onboarding for new users. Two more hardforks, Lorentz and Maxwell, are scheduled for April and June, respectively. Additionally, CZ revealed that he has completed the first draft of a book he is writing.
