Bitcoin reached an all-time high this year due to the approval of spot ETFs in the U.S. and the election of Donald Trump. Decrypt analyzed data from CoinGecko and Nasdaq to identify the top-performing cryptocurrencies with a starting market cap of at least $500 million. Among the top performers were Pepe (PEPE), Sui (SUI), MicroStrategy (MSTR), Dogecoin (DOGE), and XRP. Pepe saw a 1,492% surge in market cap, while Sui experienced a 1,193% rise. MicroStrategy's stock increased by 464%, and Dogecoin's market cap jumped by 342%. XRP's market cap increased by 286% and is now the fourth-largest cryptocurrency. The SEC hit Ripple with a $1.3 billion lawsuit, but the company scored a partial win. Additionally, the iShares Bitcoin Trust, offered by BlackRock, achieved over $50 billion in assets under management in just 228 days, making it the most successful Bitcoin ETF.
