The Berachain L1 blockchain is set to launch its mainnet soon and has seen an impressive $1.6 billion in liquidity deposited into its pre-launch platform, "Boyco," on Ethereum. This influx of liquidity from airdrop farmers would make Berachain the 10th largest blockchain by total value locked (TVL) today. In the past week, four Berachain Pendle pools have amassed a combined $515 million in TVL, surpassing the TVL of its main competitor, Spectra. The largest Berachain Pendle market, "liquidBeraBTC," has a TVL of $271 million across eight different protocols, with some not even being live yet. Despite withdrawals being locked for 90 days on mainnet launch, airdrop farmers are still actively participating. The liquidBeraBTC yield is projected to have a 1,575% annual percentage yield (APY) over three months, but caution is advised due to assumptions made about future value, TVL, and airdrop allocations.
