In a recent outlook, Tom Lee, co-founder of Fundstrat Global Advisors, predicts significant gains for Bitcoin in the coming years. Lee attributes the potential growth to two factors: the Federal Reserve's easing as inflation decreases and the pro-business policies of the incoming Trump administration. He suggests that as the Fed focuses on employment and policy changes boost corporate earnings, Bitcoin could rally to $250,000 by 2025. Lee also believes that U.S. government intervention, such as accumulating Bitcoin as strategic reserves, could further legitimize the cryptocurrency and push prices higher. He also anticipates significant gains for other cryptocurrencies like Ethereum, Solana, and Avalanche.
