The breach occurred between January 11th and April 1st, 2024, and involved unauthorized access to the company's computer systems. The exposed data includes sensitive information such as names, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, and biometric information. The hackers also obtained usernames, passwords, credit card information, and other sensitive details. NorthBay Healthcare has enhanced its security protocols and is advising affected individuals to monitor their credit reports and account statements. So far, there have been no reports of fraudulent activity or identity theft related to the breach.
