What is Expanse? Expanse, often referred to as ‘EXP’, is an open-source cryptocurrency project managed and developed by a group of volunteer-based developers. It is based on the Ethereum blockchain and was created in 2015 by Christopher Franko and the former director of the popular BitcoinTalk Forum, Dan Conway.
