Description

Cream (CRM) cryptocurrency is a decentralized lending platform that provides a secure and efficient loan protocol, enabling users to borrow and lend digital currencies in a trustless way. It was founded by serial entrepreneurs Anuos Chaudhry and Rory Finnin who are currently based out of London, England. The Cream protocol facilitates collateral-backed loans on the blockchain, allowing users to secure their loans with cryptocurrencies. The platform uses Ethereum for smart contracts and allows for borderless and fast lending, allowing users to borrow and lend across different countries or currencies. Because all transactions are done on the blockchain, there is no need to have a bank or other financial intermediary verifying and confirming transactions. Cream makes use of its native CRM token to facilitate transactions and help borrowers and lenders to deal directly with each other without the need for a third party intermediary. The Cream protocol acts as an intermediary and makes sure that both parties of the transaction are satisfied with their negotiations. Borrowers can earn up to 60% APR by borrowing through the Cream protocol, while lenders can charge up to 17% APR on the loan amount. Additionally, the platform offers other features such as Interest Rate Hedging, Liquidation Risk Mitigation and Tokenized Repayment to maximize the automation of loan processing and ensure better liquidity in the markets. The Cream Platform is currently available through a handful of exchanges, including well known exchanges such as Binance, HitBTC and Neptune Exchange. Investors can purchase CRM tokens by exchanging ETH or other tokens on the exchange. Overall, Cream is unique because it offers a decentralized loan protocol backed by blockchain technology, allowing users to borrow and lend across different countries or currencies without the need for a financial intermediary. It also offers features such as Interest Rate Hedging, Liquidation Risk Mitigation and Tokenized Repayment to maximize the automation of loan processing and ensure better liquidity in the markets. Those who are interested in investing in Cream can purchase CRM tokens on any of the exchanges that support it.
