Large investors, known as whales, are buying a significant amount of Hyperliquid (HYPE) tokens, according to data from Lookonchain. In the past 24 hours, whales have purchased a total of 447,396 HYPE tokens, worth $8.42 million. Despite the purchases, the price of HYPE has not seen any gains and is currently trading at $18.82, down 17.9% in the past 24 hours. However, the trading volume for HYPE has increased by 134.10%, indicating increased participation from traders and investors. This accumulation by whales suggests confidence in the token's potential rebound and long-term value. Hyperliquid has been in a consolidation period, but it is holding strong above the $17.73 support zone, which could potentially lead to a breakout.
