CandleFocus Trust Wallet Adds Support for XRP Ledger and XRPL Tokens

The prominent crypto wallet service provider, Trust Wallet, has announced support for the XRP Ledger network, allowing users to transact XRP and XRPL tokens through their wallets. This integration is seen as a key milestone in expanding the use cases within the XRPL network and enabling deeper interoperability. Despite its legal clash with the SEC, XRP has experienced impressive growth, with swap volumes on the XRP Ledger's decentralized exchange surpassing $400 million in January. Ripple Labs CEO Brad Garlinghouse emphasizes that the XRP Ledger provides a reliable approach to cross-border transactions, eliminating inefficiencies and loopholes present in traditional banking systems. Ripple has also partnered with Portugal's leading currency exchange provider, Unicâmbio, to enable crypto payments between Portugal and Brazil.
