The CEO of BTC Inc, David Bailey, has revealed that an unidentified nation has been actively acquiring Bitcoin and is now one of the top 5 holders. Bailey suggested that the country could be Qatar or Saudi Arabia, but ruled out China, Ukraine, the UK, Finland, and Georgia.
