The CEO of Bitwise, Hunter Horsley, believes that Solana is on track to join the "$100 billion club" in terms of market capitalization. Currently standing at $96.8 billion, Solana is the fourth-largest cryptocurrency and has seen a 1.3% increase in value in the past 24 hours. Solana gained popularity earlier this year during the meme coin frenzy, with the Solana-based meme coin factory, Pump.fun, recording $1.9 billion in volume and over 1.1 million SOL fees. Additionally, Solana is gaining institutional acceptance in the U.S., with proposals for a Solana ETF and its potential to join Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Tether as cryptocurrencies valued at over $100 billion.
