CandleFocus Bitwise CEO Says Bitcoin Scarcity Will Feel More Dramatic

Bitwise CEO Hunter Horsley believes that as Bitcoin becomes more mainstream, its scarcity will become more dramatic. There are estimated 58 million millionaires globally, but only enough Bitcoin for about one-third of them to own one. Recently, BlackRock caused controversy by suggesting that Bitcoin's maximum supply could be expanded. However, BlackRock's Adam Back clarified that it was just legalese and Bitcoin's total supply remains unchanged. Currently, only a small portion of Bitcoin addresses hold an entire coin, and a small percentage of addresses hold more than 0.1 BTC or 10 BTC. The price of Bitcoin is approaching the $100,000 mark again.
