CandleFocus Bitfinex Securities To Issue Bitcoin Mining Note (BMN2)

Bitfinex Securities plans to issue a tokenized Bitcoin Mining Note (BMN2) in El Salvador in 2025. The BMN2 allows investors to earn Bitcoin mining rewards by holding the tokenized product. The previous version, BMN1, issued in Luxembourg, achieved a 108% return on investment. The El Salvador-issued BMN2 will have a lower investment threshold and no longer require a minimum investment of $100,000. Bitfinex Securities is working with the CNAD to obtain approval for the tokenized product. The company previously launched a tokenized public offering of US Treasury bills under El Salvador's Digital Asset Issuance Act.
