The tweet received attention and support from the crypto community. Meanwhile, the US Department of Justice (DOJ) has been allowed to sell the 69,370 Bitcoins confiscated from the Silk Road darknet marketplace. This news caused a sudden 3.46% drop in Bitcoin's price, with speculation about whether the sale will occur before the new US president takes office. Many in the crypto community hope the sale will be stopped as Donald Trump has promised to create a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.
