CandleFocus Arweave Officially Launched The Mainnet Of Its AO Computing Platform After A Year-long Testing Phase

Arweave has launched the mainnet of its high-performance distributed computing platform known as AO. AO, which is built on Arweave's decentralized data storage, aims to provide a scalable and reliable decentralized computing infrastructure. One key advantage is its use of Arweave's decentralized data structure, ensuring data integrity and availability. Integrating AO into the Arweave ecosystem could increase demand for Arweave's persistent storage and subsequently drive the usage and adoption of the network. The launch of the mainnet also introduced the native AO token, with a maximum total supply of 21 million tokens. AO was released through a fair launch model, based on participation in the testnet phase and ownership of AR tokens.
