Semler Scientific, a healthcare tech company, has acquired 297 BTC for $29.1 million, expanding its Bitcoin treasury. This brings the company's total crypto holdings to 1,570 BTC, which were acquired at an average purchase price of $75,039 per BTC. Semler has reported a 58.4% BTC yield since adopting its Bitcoin strategy earlier this year. The company's chairman highlighted the success of leveraging Bitcoin as a strategic asset and accumulating it on their balance sheet. Semler also announced it has doubled the size of its at-the-market equity offering to $100 million.
