Pro-XRP Lawyer Exposes Gary Gensler and Senator Warren’s Inconsistent Anti-Crypto Agenda

Pro-XRP lawyer and Massachusetts Senate Candidate John Deaton has criticized U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren and SEC Chair Gary Gensler for their inconsistent stance on cryptocurrencies. Deaton questioned why Warren has not asked Gensler about his private meetings with FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried, whom he referred to as the "Bernie Madoff of crypto." Deaton suggested that Warren and Gensler may be protecting Bankman-Fried due to his large donations to the Democratic Party. Deaton expressed his intention to serve on three U.S. Senate Committees if elected, including the Veteran Committee, the Senate Ethics Committee, and the Senate Banking Committee, where he could hold the SEC accountable for unclear crypto regulations. He also confirmed his willingness to be transparent about hidden details regarding Ethereum's "free pass" speech, which declared ETH a non-security. Deaton claimed that the SEC violated the financial criminal conflict statute, and an investigation by the SEC's Office of Inspector General is underway. The coincidence of meetings between William Hinman, who made the speech, and Ethereum's marketing organization has raised suspicions of influence.
