However, Musk acknowledged that Dogecoin, which he previously promoted, originated as a memecoin. The podcast host, Joe Rogan, described the memecoin frenzy as "bananas." Currently, the cryptocurrency market is facing a setback due to the downfall of Solana-based memecoins.
