Vitalik Suspected Wallet Triggers Speculation Amid $2M Transfer

Vitalik Buterin, the co-founder of Ethereum, is once again the center of attention due to recent transactions from a suspected wallet associated with him. Buterin has previously claimed that he has not sold any Ethereum since 2018, only supporting various projects and charities. However, a recent transfer of 649 ETH ($1.72 million) to Paxos has raised speculation. The wallet received 1,300 ETH ($3.21 million) from another wallet funded by Buterin in 2022, and all of this ETH was subsequently deposited to Paxos at an average price of $2,581 ($3.35 million). Earlier, the same wallet had moved 1,300 ETH to another wallet, which received 700 ETH. These consistent transfers have sparked discussions and speculation about their motivations. Ethereum's price has dipped slightly in the past 24 hours, while trading volume has increased.
