CandleFocus SEC to Pause Ripple Appeal Soon, Top Official Predicts

John Reed Stark, former director of the SEC Internet Enforcement Office, predicts that the agency will soon halt or withdraw all crypto-related appeals, including the Ripple case. This follows the SEC's pause in the Coinbase and Binance cases and the appointment of Mark Uyeda as the acting chairman. The SEC launched a cryptocurrency-focused task force to establish clear rules for the industry, but Stark believes that all investigations will come to a halt under the new SEC leadership.
