Montenegro's prime minister, Milojko Spajić, allegedly lied to the country's president, Jakov Milatović, about his knowledge of Do Kwon, who was arrested for a cryptocurrency-related offense. Despite striking a deal for Terra/Luna tokens and reportedly meeting Kwon multiple times, Spajić claimed he did not know him. Former prime minister Dritan Abazovićmp accused Spajić of purchasing tokens for a hedge fund, which is supported by SEC filings. Former justice minister Andrej Milović also claimed that Serbia's intelligence agency recorded Spajić meeting Kwon. Additionally, Spajić introduced a convicted fraudster named George Cottrell, who works for UK politician Nigel Farage, to President Milatović.
