Fasanara Capital, an investment manager based in London, has launched a tokenized money market fund called Fasanara MMF Token (FAST) on Polygon, a layer 2 scaling solution. The fund combines traditional money market fund benefits with blockchain technology, allowing for real-time settlements and increased accessibility for investors. Fasanara collaborated with Chainlink, Apex Group, Tokeny, and Fireblocks for the launch. Apex Group will serve as the fund's administrator, Tokeny will handle agency transfers, Fireblocks will provide security solutions, and Chainlink will verify assets under management and enable cross-chain connectivity.
