CandleFocus AltLayer and Succinct Labs Introduce OP Succinct to Boost Rollup Development

AltLayer has partnered with Succinct Labs to launch OP Succinct, a solution aimed at improving the experience of developers using the Optimism Stack. OP Succinct offers faster finality, zero-knowledge (ZK) proofs, and full Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatibility at no out-of-pocket proving costs. The collaboration also aims to simplify the integration of ZK for developers. OP Succinct allows for cost-effective migration to zero-knowledge rollups, providing fast finality and reducing the standard fraud-proof window from seven days to minutes. Developers deploying on Optimism through OP Succinct will incur a proving cost of 0.5 cents per transaction, significantly lower than the average on Optimism. The partnership aims to drive the adoption of rollups within the Optimism ecosystem by offering a faster and more cost-effective solution, while ensuring AltLayer's RaaS users benefit from these advancements.
