HIVEDigital Set to Acquire Data Center Facility in Sweden

HIVEDigital, a Canadian-headquartered BTC mining company, has announced its plan to acquire a data center facility in Sweden. The cost of the purchase will be partially paid for with cash (up to $750,000) and equity (up to $1.5 million). This data center is intended to be used to help HIVEDigital expand its Bitcoin mining operations. This new facility will help to capacity HIVEDigital's global presence and involves the construction of additional mining rigs. This strategic acquisition not only increases HIVEDigital's BTC mining operations but will also provide additional scalability for future growth. The transaction is still ongoing, with details hopefully to be finalized in the near future.
