The XRP community has become increasingly intrigued by the potential outcome of the SEC vs. Ripple lawsuit. Recently, Judge Analisa Torres mandated the SEC and Ripple to hold a physical settlement conference, fueling speculation that an agreement could be reached soon. Attorney Jeremy Hogan, a partner of Hogan & Hogan Law Firm, listed settlement as one of the possible three outcomes of the lawsuit, believing that a settlement could happen on December 21, 2023. Besides, rumors are circulating that the SEC and Ripple are already discussing a settlement. Furthermore, XRP enthusiast Jenny Q stated that a settlement is unlikely given that Ripple appears to have the upper hand in the lawsuit.
