Crypto detective ZachXBT has responded to speculation about his NFT on the Zora Protocol, stating that he did not intend for people to speculate on the investigations. He clarified that the Zora user interface does not inform creators that an ERC-20 token will be launched at the end of the NFT minting. ZachXBT warned that if people continue to tag him in posts, he will dilute the discussion by minting more works without an end date and may even replace art on Zora with blank images, reducing the rarity and perceived value of the NFTs. The controversy began when a user claimed that ZachXBT deployed an ERC-20 token on the Base network using the Zora protocol, creating a liquid market for the NFTs. This was allegedly done without ZachXBT's knowledge, leading to the creation of an LP-backed token.
