Green Commuter is working on a dApp that rewards users who sustainably commute with the Strava App. The app has been submitted to Strava for approval and users are being paid to provide feedback during the bug bounty and testing period. The bounty period runs from September 6 to September 20, with users being paid 300 B3TR for each confirmed bug. The third quarter of 2024 will see development, testing, and app approval, and the fourth quarter will involve production and testing before the launch. Strava is an internet service for tracking physical exercises and recently introduced a Carbon Savings Tool to prioritize environmental sustainability. The Green Commuter app will be supported by VeBetterDAO, a community-driven platform that incentivizes sustainable actions using the utility token B3TR. dApp creators on VeBetterDAO must regularly update users on their app's progress and can be voted out of the ecosystem if they fail to do so or engage in malicious behavior.
