A pastor in Washington has been charged with 26 counts of fraud relating to a cryptocurrency scam. Francier Obando Pinillo allegedly ran a crypto-related scam for two years, defrauding his church members and other investors out of millions of dollars. He lured his congregation into a crypto investment platform called Solano Fi, promising monthly returns of 34.9% with zero risk. However, he diverted users' funds for personal use and made excuses when they tried to withdraw their money.
