Richard Heart, also known as Richard Schueler, was a prominent figure in the crypto industry, with his crypto project HEX reaching a market capitalization of $85 billion. However, the token has since fallen by 97% and last month Interpol issued a Red Notice for Heart's arrest. He is currently on the European Union's Most Wanted list and is an international fugitive. Heart's source of money was always unclear, and a lawsuit revealed his questionable dealings in the past, including illegal spamming practices. Throughout his career, Heart faced allegations of tax evasion, selling unregistered securities, and misappropriating investors' money. He also faced criminal charges related to an alleged physical attack on a 16-year-old. Heart's inflated ego and signs of wealth led to accusations of creating a cult-like following. The SEC and Finnish police claim that HEX, Pulsechain, and PulseX were vehicles for raising investment and misappropriating money through unregistered securities. Heart denies any wrongdoing but is now wanted for his actions.
