Terraform Labs (TFL) is planning to shut down its operations, products, and services if talks with third parties fail. The company received an order from a bankruptcy court to cease operations following a settlement with the SEC. TFL is currently in talks with third parties to outsource some of its products and services, but it is unlikely to succeed due to scrutiny from the SEC and low interest in the products. The company is selling four businesses and considering acquisition of certain services, but the infrastructure requirements for these services remain a challenge. The community is planning to burn tokens, coinciding with the closure of the Shuttle Bridge interface. TFL has completed its last upgrade and community-backed initiatives will manage the maintenance and operation of the chain.
