The Shiba Inu ecosystem team has announced plans to reward new users of the Shibarium-based liquid staking feature in partnership with K9 Finance. The team will be offering substantial compensation, up to $500, for new users of the liquid staking feature. The details of the promotion have not been revealed yet, but the Shiba Inu community is advised to stay tuned for further disclosures. The marketing lead mentioned that the reward is in collaboration with K9 Finance and is in the spirit of the festive season. Shibarium, the Shiba Inu ecosystem's Ethereum sidechain, has seen a significant increase in activity since the launch of liquid staking functions. The total value locked on the Shibarium network reached $3.6 million in just a week after the Bonecrusher feature was introduced. Liquid staking allows users to lock up their Bone ShibaSwap (BONE) and earn rewards while using the liquid tokens (kBONE) for activities within the ecosystem.
