Shiba Inu lead Shytoshi Kusama has addressed concerns about the low adoption rate of tokens on the Shibarium network by centralized exchanges. In response to a post from the FEED team, Kusama emphasized the need for mass adoption to attract attention from centralized exchanges. He also highlighted the growing competition among layer-2 networks as exchanges create their own sidechains. Kusama stated that the Shiba Inu ecosystem needs to build partnerships, focus on unique niches, and generate revenue to create demand for its tokens. He also mentioned that a breakout token on Shibarium would help attract major centralized exchanges. The team is actively working on improving the ecosystem by introducing innovations such as a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) and liquid staking.
