Justin Bons, founder and Chief Investment Officer of Cyber Capital, has warned against investing in Bitcoin, describing it as "fool's gold." In a detailed post, Bons criticizes Bitcoin, stating that it has lost its attractive qualities and will not last long. He argues that the asset lacks capacity, scarcity, privacy, DeFi, and long-term security. Bons believes that a small group of individuals control Bitcoin and that the token's governance resembles a dictatorship. He claims that Bitcoin's transaction capacity is limited and dependent on centralized holders. Bons predicts that the high trading activity on the Bitcoin blockchain will lead to fee spikes and eventually the collapse of the asset. He suggests that Bitcoin can never be a medium of exchange or a store of value without addressing these issues. Bons advises his followers to support Bitcoin by abandoning it and focusing on other cryptocurrencies that align with Satoshi's original vision.
