Michael Saylor, executive chairman of Strategy, called on the US government to acquire 20% of Bitcoin's network at the Conservative Political Action Conference. Saylor argued that this move would secure America's dominance in the digital economy. He believes that owning four to six million Bitcoins could address the national debt, potentially benefiting US taxpayers by $50 trillion to $80 trillion. The US currently holds 198,109 Bitcoins, valued at over $19 billion, making it the largest government holder of the digital asset.
