Cryptocurrency exchange Kraken has hired former Global General Counsel at Paxos, Ben Gray, as its new chief legal officer. Gray will oversee legal, compliance, and enterprise risk management for the exchange, which is currently facing increased scrutiny from regulators. Kraken co-CEO Arjun Sethi believes that Gray's experience in legal and compliance roles will be valuable as the industry continues to navigate regulatory challenges.
