The Korea Digital Asset Exchange Association (DAXA) has labeled ORB and TEMCO tokens as "trading caution items" and stopped support for them. Bithumb, a South Korean crypto exchange, published a notice stating that both projects violated the Virtual Asset User Protection Act, which could impact their asset values. Orbs was accused of providing false information and having an unclear business, while Temco allegedly changed important information without notice and lacked transparency. This change in status means that Bithumb will no longer allow deposits for ORB and TEMCO tokens. Additionally, the notice highlighted that several South Korean exchanges have ceased operations in 2024 due to the new policy, leaving numerous crypto owners unable to access their assets.
