The player count of the Telegram game Hamster Kombat has dropped by 43% in the past month, losing a total of 277 million players since the summer. The monthly player count now stands at 23 million, down 18 million from last month. The volume for the game's token has also decreased by nearly 97% from a high of $1.5 billion to around $52 million. The game was supposed to release new content and NFT mechanics but has not done so yet. The team behind Hamster Kombat remains anonymous, and there is no public company structure or employee information available. Another Telegram game, Notcoin, has introduced a new initiative that rewards users for holding tokens.
