Countries within the "Emerging Economies" category, such as the UAE, Singapore, and Turkey, have the highest percentages of crypto ownership. Other expanding markets like Argentina, Thailand, Brazil, and Vietnam also show strong cryptocurrency adoption. Globally, the average percentage of cryptocurrency owners is 8.3%, with countries like South Africa, the Philippines, and Ukraine near this average. The majority of crypto owners are male, and younger adults between the ages of 25 and 34 are the most active in digital assets. Additionally, there is a growing interest in using cryptocurrency for payments. The adoption of crypto assets has outpaced traditional payment methods in recent years.
