Germany's DZ Bank has partnered with Boerse Stuttgart Digital to offer cryptocurrency trading and custody services to its 700 cooperative bank customers. The technical setup has already begun and the first banks will be connected this year, followed by a phased rollout and testing for selected retail clients. The move follows rival lender Commerzbank's announcement that it would offer cryptocurrency trading to its German corporate clients. DZ Bank's crypto trading pilot is expected to launch later this year.
