Goldstein denies owning the wallet and claims it was given to him by another individual, but prosecutors argue that he gave the wallet's address to a "fixer" to receive funds. The filing is in opposition to Goldstein's appeal against his bail conditions, which include monitoring of his internet capabilities and a prohibition on cryptocurrency transactions. Goldstein had been granted bail but was detained later due to concerns of flight risk.
