A survey conducted by Charles Schwab has found that 45% of respondents are planning to invest in Bitcoin and crypto ETFs in the next year, indicating growing investor confidence in crypto assets. This is an increase from the 38% who expressed similar intentions in the previous year. However, US equities remain the top choice for investors, with 55% planning to invest in them in 2025. The survey also found that millennials are more likely to invest in crypto ETFs, with 62% in this group planning to do so, compared to only 15% of boomers. The growing interest in crypto ETFs aligns with the rapid adoption of ETFs in general, particularly influenced by the launch of US spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs. These approved crypto ETFs, such as BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) and Fidelity's Bitcoin ETF (FBTC), have reported increasing holdings over the past few months.
