A new South Korean independent movie titled "Crypto Man" will immortalize the $45 billion Terra crash of 2022 involving TerraUSD and LUNA. The movie loosely draws inspiration from the story of Terraform Labs, founded by Do Kwon. The film portrays the reality of young people addicted to stocks and coin speculation. The protagonist, played by the late actor Song Jae-rim, develops an altcoin called MOMMY. The director describes the movie as having elements of black comedy and reveals that the protagonist makes an irreversible choice. The film is set to be released in Korean theaters on January 15, 2025.
