In the midst of a recession and panic in cryptocurrency markets, veteran researcher and investor Qiao Wang believes that the current bull run has not yet reached its peak, with an 80% possibility that there is more to come. This statement has been met with agreement from Wang's followers. The current cycle began in November 2022 and the price of Bitcoin, the largest cryptocurrency, reached its peak at $109,114 on January 20, 2025, but has since lost 22.51%. Typically, Bitcoin cycles reach their peaks in the fourth quarter of post-halving years. However, pessimism is growing in the crypto segment, with Bitcoin plunging below $80,000 and metrics such as the Fear and Greed Index hitting extreme levels of fear. The only positive aspect currently is the inflow of Bitcoin ETFs, which turned slightly positive after seven days in the red.
