The partnership was confirmed by Ye Huang, General Manager of Germany and Central EU at Alibaba Cloud, and was praised by experts as EGLD is seen as a promising Ethereum competitor. Furthermore, Alibaba Group Holdings published its Q3 2024 earnings results, reporting a 5% year-to-date revenue growth. The company's CEO highlighted investments in user experience and industry partnerships, including the partnership with MultiversX. Alibaba stock opened trading cautiously following the earnings results. Alibaba Cloud also has ongoing partnerships with other blockchain projects like Avalanche and the Near Protocol.
