BitcoinOS has launched the testnet for its cross-chain Bitcoin bridge solution called Grail Bridge. This solution allows users to securely transfer Bitcoin to Ethereum Virtual Machine-compatible chains. The launch of Grail Bridge is a significant step for BitcoinOS in enhancing scalability and functionality on the Bitcoin network. The platform plans to conduct security audits and integrate with non-EVM chains like Cardano and Solana before the mainnet launch. BitcoinOS also recently announced its expansion with Arbitrum integration, enabling trustless bridging with its native token, BOS. Zero-knowledge technology will enable Ethereum's layer-2 to function as a DeFi layer for Bitcoin.
