Bitdeer Technologies increased its bitcoin holdings by nearly 75% in two months by redirecting some of its mining rigs to self-production. The Singapore-based company now holds 1,039 BTC, positioning it among the top bitcoin miners in terms of BTC reserves. However, it still lags behind major holders MARA Holdings and Riot Platforms. Bitdeer's focus is on bitcoin mining chip development, and its new A3 miner achieved significant energy efficiency in recent tests. The company posted a net loss of $531.9 million in Q4, attributed to investments in mining rig development. Bitdeer produced 110 BTC in February, with a total proprietary hash rate of 9.4 EH/s. Share prices increased by 0.85% to $10.66.
