The last 24 hours have seen a decline in the value of leading cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, which dropped to around $96,000. Other altcoins, such as Ripple, Solana, and Dogecoin, have also experienced losses. Last week, Bitcoin reached a high of almost $99,000 but then dropped to under $95,000 after the release of higher-than-expected inflation data. Over the weekend, Bitcoin's value consolidated around $97,000, but at the start of the new week, the bears took control, pushing the price as low as $95,800. Currently, Bitcoin is at around $96,100, with a market capitalization of approximately $1.906 trillion. Several large-cap altcoins have also seen declines, while a select few, including Cardano, Ethereum, and TRON, have seen gains. The meme coin sector is also in the red, with tokens like Dogecoin and Shiba Inu dropping in value. The total cryptocurrency market capitalization is currently around $3.19 trillion, a decrease of 0.88% for the day.
