BCB Group, a crypto payments firm based in London, is experiencing its fifth executive departure in 18 months with the resignation of Chief Compliance Officer Natasha Powell. Powell stated that she will no longer be involved in the day-to-day operations of the company but did not disclose her new position. Kym Routledge will take on the role of head of compliance following Powell's departure. CEO Oliver Tonkin expressed his sadness at Powell's departure but announced that she will continue to support BCB Group as a non-executive director of BCB Payments. Powell's departure follows the resignation of former CEO Oliver von Landsberg-Sadie, as well as other C-suite executives, including the deputy CEO and chief revenue officer. BCB Group recently received a takeover approach from an unidentified investor while exploring a Series B funding round.
