The leading cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, has seen a decrease in its upward momentum in recent weeks after hitting a record high of over $108,000 in December. However, a top analyst believes that Bitcoin could reach a new all-time high in January of next year. Vetle Lunde, head of research at K33 Research, based this prediction on historical data and the average time between Bitcoin's first and last all-time high in previous cycles. Lunde expects Bitcoin to reach a new peak on January 17, 2025, potentially hitting $146,000 or even $212,500 based on previous cycle peak prices and market capitalization. This prediction coincides with Donald Trump's inauguration as US president on January 20. Disclaimer: This is not investment advice.
